Our experienced team has been in the restaurant and food service industry for 20 plus years, which brings a wealth of culinary knowledge to each of our events. MEET THE TEAM
Co-owner and chef Thomas Scott: A highly experienced professional in the hospitality industry, with over 20 years experience in some of Sydney’s top restaurants, including Tetsuyas for 9 years. Tom also contributed to the opening of Jamies Italian Trattoria in Parramatta. Since 2016 Tom has set up and run the Red Chef Pastries Dessert Truck, serving up his own twist on Hungarian Chimney Cakes. Having a wealth of knowledge, skill and creativity Tom ensures his clients have a delicious culinary experience.
Co-owner Keith Granville: has been involved in the mobile catering business for the past 8 years, having established a successful family run mobile ice cream and coffee business, "The Cream Machine", in 2015, based in Northern Sydney. The business operates mainly in the Greater Sydney area, but has also operated at events throughout Regional NSW and the ACT. Prior to moving to Australia he was involved in the start up and part ownership of a restaurant in London, which has been running for the past 15 years, offering Mediterranean/European/Spanish style cuisine.
